Bouncy Castles are only available for hire on grassy areas or in indoor halls. This is to ensure the safety and stability of the inflatable during use.

How Much Room is Required?
Each bouncy castle's dimensions are clearly stated on their respective pages. Additionally, we require sufficient space around the castle for securing it with pegs and for setting up the blower at the back. If you're unsure about the space requirements, please contact us before booking.

Can Soft Play be hired outside?
Soft Play sets are only available for indoor hires to maintain the quality and cleanliness of the equipment.

How long is Bouncy Castle Hire For?
Our standard bouncy castle hire duration is typically 5 hours. We can arrange longer hire periods upon request, subject to availability.

What happens if it is raining?
If the weather conditions are unsuitable on the day of your booking—such as high winds or heavy rain—we offer a full refund. Safety is our priority, and we reserve the right to cancel a hire if the weather is deemed inappropriate. Remove children from the inflatable and place a table or similar object over the blower to keep it dry. Do not switch off the blower. Dry the entrance and exit with a towel before allowing children back on.

Where do you operate?
We deliver to a wide range of areas, including Totton, Southampton, Romsey, Eastleigh, the New Forest, and surrounding areas. If your location is not listed, please contact us as we may still be able to accommodate your booking.

Do you provide set-up?
Yes, we handle the complete set-up and takedown of all our equipment, ensuring everything is safely and correctly installed.

Do I need to supervise the equipment?
Yes, a responsible adult over 18 years old must supervise all equipment, including inflatables and soft play, at all times to ensure safety.

Can I move the equipment after it’s been set up?
No, the equipment must remain in its original position and be secured to the ground at all times.

Can food or drinks be taken onto the inflatables?
No, food or drinks are not allowed on the inflatables to avoid choking hazards and mess.

What should users remove before using the equipment?
Shoes, jewellery, badges, and sharp accessories must be removed. We also recommend removing spectacles and plastic alice bands. Adults should remove high heels before stepping on mats.

How many children can use the inflatable at once?
This depends on the size and age of the children. Check the recommendations printed on the equipment or contact us if unsure.

Can children bring toys, balloons, or other items onto the inflatable?
No, hard or sharp objects, balloons, and large items that can block exits are not allowed for safety reasons.

Are face paint, party poppers, or liquids allowed near the equipment?
No, face paint, henna, silly string, party poppers, coloured streamers, and liquids can damage the equipment and are not allowed.

Can the inflatables be used in bad weather?
Inflatables cannot be used in winds or gusts exceeding 24mph, heavy rain, or thunderstorms. Safety is our priority.]

Is climbing or jumping on the inflatable walls allowed?
No, climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must be avoided.

How should slides be used?
Slides should be used one at a time, in a sitting position, feet first. Jumping from the top is not allowed.

What happens if the blower overheats or loses power?
Remove all users immediately and switch off the blower at the mains. Wait 1–2 minutes before restarting. If the issue persists, contact us immediately.

Can inflatables be used during inflation or deflation?
No, children must not use the inflatables during inflation or deflation.

What if there’s an equipment issue or injury?
Call us immediately for assistance. In case of an injury requiring medical attention, seek treatment within 2 hours and provide a detailed incident report to us.

How do I ensure the blower is working properly?
Keep the vent on the blower clear and ensure it is connected to a power socket. Do not overload extension leads.

Absolutely! We understand the importance of timing, especially for venues. Please speak with our team to arrange specific set-up and collection times and secure your preferred slot.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, we do! However, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your desired items are available.

Do rodeo bulls come with operators?
Yes, our Rodeo Bulls always come with trained operators to ensure safe and fun use for all participants.

Are your products tested and checked?
Yes, all our products are tested and checked for safety. Our bouncy castles and inflatables are inspected through the PIPA scheme, ensuring they meet the highest safety standards.
