We ask for a 30-minute window on either side of your booking to properly set up and dismantle the castle. Note that this is a large item; please ensure there is sufficient access to your property and verify dimensions if booking a hall to ensure a perfect fit. Our setup team installs on grass or indoor venues; however, we do not set up on AstroTurf due to safety concerns.
