Please remember, our Soft Play is available for indoor hires only to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the equipment for every child. We require a minimum of 30 minutes for setup and kindly ask that all balls from the ball pit be returned to the provided bag for efficient pack away.

To keep our equipment in excellent condition we ask no food or drink to be eaten on or directly around the equipment, we ask that no shoes are worn on the equipment and mats, this includes adult helpers too.

Please note we have a no facepaint policy on all our equipment. Unfortunately this has damaged our equipment in the past.
